Jordan’s fitness journey first began with competitive athletics; Football, Rugby, and Distance Running. Truly enjoying the feeling of exercising, He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CEs). Running Fortress Mobile Fitness, Jordan specializes in bringing out the most in his clients. Utilizing minimal available space to create big results for each individual he works with. He thrives on using precise exercise selections to suit his client’s needs. Through careful attention to detail Jordan has successfully delivered many clients their long-desired fitness goals.
Leonel Franco – Yoga Instructor
A little bit about me. I feel honored to have been tattooed by Mikel Johnson. His patience with his work is a great example for me of how quality comes from years of hard work and dedication. Along with the artistic joys of my life, I really enjoy playing sports, gymnastics, weight lifting, running, cycling, and the frequent boulder climb. I like to keep it simple when it comes to training and play with the basics. I feel that as the days pass I learn to peel back postures and movements to the core and progress from there. Challenging and rewarding. Gradually building up with consistency is key.
Karalee Boschung – Dietitian
I grew up in Banff and got addicted to mountains, snow, and coffee from a young age. I’ve lived in many places, including small-town Saskatchewan, bustling London, England, and even as far away as Cambridge, New Zealand. Somewhere along the way I also developed a love of whales. Now that I live in Victoria, BC, I’m constantly scanning the horizon for fins and tails.I recently finished a year-long internship where I was exposed to many different areas of nutrition, and am now registered with the College of Dietitians of BC. I love being a dietitian because being part of an interdisciplinary team that addresses the needs of the whole person – giving them the means for health, dignity and positive lifestyle change – is deeply satisfying to me. I think nutrition should be intuitive, simple, and delicious. On days off, I can be found hiking, reading or at home, fermenting as many different foods as I can find! I’m excited to meet you and work towards your health goals together!
